i LOVE Daniel Smith but I have found that work it straight out of the tubes is way harder to work with so putting on a plate an leting it dry let me use it longer.

When selecting art supplies, quality can significantly affect your creative process. Daniel Smith watercolors are known for their vibrant pigments and longevity. Artists have reported that letting the paint dry on a palette before use allows for better application and more prolonged use, a technique particularly useful for those working with tube paints. Himi Gouache has gained popularity for its creamy consistency and vibrant hues, making it ideal for watercolor drawings. However, artists should note that Himi Gouache dries quickly, necessitating efficient usage while working. Combining both mediums can yield exciting artistic effects, encouraging artists to explore their creativity further. Having reliable supplies is crucial for both experienced artists and beginners looking to invest in their craft. By choosing high-quality materials, artists can enhance their artwork and enjoy the process of creating even more. Researching brands and techniques can lead to improved skills and better results in your artistic endeavors.
