It’s important to acknowledge that healing and returning to your authentic self is a process—it’s not always a straight line. Some days might be harder than others, but patience and kindness towards yourself go a long way. For me, practicing gratitude daily helped shift my mindset and reminded me of the good things in life, even during difficult moments. Also, don't underestimate the power of seeking support. Whether it’s friends, family, or professional help, having a network to share your feelings with can ease the burden and help you feel less alone. If you feel disconnected from yourself, try to identify what changes or routines might have caused this and gently explore new ways to reconnect. Sometimes, simply allowing yourself to rest and recharge without guilt plays a crucial role in recovery. Remember, there’s no timeline for feeling like yourself again.
