Tonight’s dinner: turkey veggie pasta with homemade whole wheat noodles.

It fed 3 adults and 3 kids, two of them had seconds… and we still have a big bowl leftover to feed 4 more tomorrow.

I used:

• Ground turkey

• Zucchini I froze from our garden

• Homemade wheat flour pasta

Nothing fancy. Just stretching what we have and making it work.

Making the noodles myself saved money, and honestly it feels good knowing exactly what’s in it.
