GYM SESSION LOGS

Fine tuning my goals this week and pushing a little harder to stay more consistent and in line with my nutrition! 🏋🏼‍♀️🥗✨

I’m starting a 100 day challenge for myself soon and trying to lose 40 lbs by my birthday in February 💪🏼

May be a little ambitious but if I stick to my goals and just keep going I should see some major progress by then!

This week I am traveling to work so my routine is a little sideways but that’s where discipline kicks in!

Workout plan, meal plan, and goals outline above!

Meals are a little boring this week but that due to my work schedule! Want simple, easy meals I know I can put together fast so we’re eating salads from the cafeteria from work and just sticking to a crockpot meal for dinner!
