Last week was not what I wanted it to look like and I have myself to blame.

So we are redoing last week, this week and locking in. 💪🏼

Trying the new Alani Xmas edition 😋 it was so yum!

We ate traveling for week this week so lots of prepped meals or easy to grab proteins and veggies for simplicity.

Will be sticking to 3x lifts and 2x 3:12:30 treadmill workouts this week too!
