First week into the new year ➡️

We’re starting all over again…

Gained the weight back over the holidays from where we started this weightloss journey (shocker) 😅 but back at it and the motivation is high coming back from the holidays and now the rest of the winter season will be slow and steady and a great time to slowly check back in with goals and habits! 📋

BIG focus on nutrition and just getting my body back to moving regularly. 👟

I work a desk job and have noticed some changes in my body that need addressed so we’re adding more movement throughout the day, going to try yoga/stretching in the mornings and using my standing desk, walking on lunch and a workout a few days a week 💪🏼

Working on our health and mindset again this year. Small changes lead up to big results.
