Just finished the Fire & Flow 4 week workout program!

What a fun journey this has been! It’s taken me a long time to find consistency. Been focusing on what I’m eating, finding balance and moderation and moving my body more!

We’re starting to see results. It may not look like much now but 4 weeks in and we are down 8lbs 1-2 inches all around and my mindset shift growth.

I’ve gloved doing this program and I may just jump back into it again!

Still following my 75 MY WAY challenge as well so we have around 45 ish days left and I’m so excited to keep working hard 💪🏼

When I began, I found it challenging to maintain a steady routine, but focusing on both nutrition and movement created a sustainable balance. One of the most valuable lessons I learned during this time was the importance of moderation—not just in diet, but also in how I approached exercise. This mindset prevented burnout and made each workout enjoyable rather than a chore. Track your progress by using simple measurements like weight and inches lost, but also pay attention to how your mindset and energy levels improve. An accountability group can be a game-changer. Having peers who motivate and support you makes a huge difference, especially during those moments when motivation dips. I invited others to join my free accountability group, which helped keep me motivated and committed. Additionally, combining the Fire & Flow workouts with challenges like the "75 MY WAY" challenge adds an extra layer of structure and goal setting. This dual approach keeps things dynamic and encourages steady progress. Remember, results may not always be dramatic immediately, but small changes accumulate over time. Celebrate every win, whether it’s losing a few pounds, feeling stronger, or achieving a mental breakthrough. If you’re considering starting a workout program, choose one that fits your lifestyle and emphasizes enjoyment and balance rather than extremes. Lastly, set a clear, achievable goal—like reaching a target weight or improving endurance—which helps maintain focus and enthusiasm through your fitness journey.
