Co own opportunity:

I believe I made my mind up sooner than I thought.

Now accepting Co-own applications/inquiries for “Jericho” from our the Nautilus X Nazgul litter.

Jeri is 15 weeks old and recieved his 4th round of puppy vaccines/rabies this week. He is a sweet, VERY happy boy, with beautiful toy and food drive. He has demonstrated appropriate behaviors in puppy outings and recovers well from new exposure/stimuli. Jeri has been exposed to light luring and toy /handler engagement at home and public settings. He is inquisitive and seems to enjoy exploring new places.

Jeri is approximately 30-35lbs and expected to mature between 75-85 lbs. I believe he will thrive in a sport home setting and will bond closely to his handler.

Jeri has lived on a farm with exposure to typical sights, sounds, smells of all things farm and ranch.

All puppies had extensive indoor environmental conditioning prior to moving to the outdoor kennels at 9 weeks. Jeri is a shade more independent than Kirby and that is the ONLY reason I will consider him for a co-own. I simply have a preference for complete creeps that want to wear my skin 😂

Application Requirements:

Local to the southeastern region (GA, SC, TN, VA, NC)

Experience as a handler for working/knpv lines

Active membership in an established protection sports club /regular training with appropriate trainer

5 referrals to include last 5 years of vet care, training director(s), & colleagues.

Preference for those with experience and success with dogs from similar lineage & proximity to our facility.

The co own will be slightly discounted from young dog fees, but will maintain the same contract and expectations as any 8wk puppy.

Handler should expect to maintain all appropriate vetting and carry insurance on the pup for the duration of the ownership.

I will be formatting the co-own as an extension of my program, with the benefits of a lower cost and extensive support on my end to ensure the pups and handlers success.

My dogs are not insta-developing microwave dinner puppies and if your expectations are a hot from the box instagram puppy, please do not inquire 😆

If you’ve washed 4 puppies in the last year, do not inquire.

If you have a sh* relationship with every breeder you’ve worked with, do not inquire.

If you do not have the means to train this dog with reputable resources, do not inquire.

If club is nothing more than social hour for you, again, do not inquire.

Please do not reach out if your expectations are just a discount puppy or one you plan to let rot in a crate.

If you are going to obtain a working dog and call me in a week panicking because it bites, do not inquire.

If you see this as an opportunity to sneak in an unapproved breeding and I won’t find out- do not inquire. That’s also heavily inside the contract and I promise it ain’t worth it to FAFO.

If you have ANY history of neglect, AC involvement or puppy repossession- do not reach out.

But…

If you want a puppy backed by an absolute cheerleader of a breeder, PLEASE reach out.

If you want to take a nicely bred puppy with tons of hours of environmental exposure, handling and skip the 8 week old puppy blues- PLEASE reach out.

If you have club/trainer support and want to spend the time developing an absolute unit- PLEASE reach out.

If you like dogs that are borderline stalkers and want to wear your skin - Please reach out. They will be obsessed with you. These are the gremlins that you feed.

If you want to join our small community of puppy owners and make some new friends to cry with- please reach out!
