Chisme update: 2/27/26
Cheese is doing ok post op. Her wounds look good but we’re running into an issue. She’s knuckling over still. This could mean a few things- the nerve block is still affecting her, the swelling is still too much, or, unfortunately they may not have the X-Fix at the correct angle and may need to go back and work on it again.
The care team will give us another update tomorrow. If the anesthesia team is needed to adjust the X-Fix, it will likely have to wait until Monday.
