Nap time means reading💛😍

Does anyone else love reading while their little ones nap💛 I just started this book yesterday I’ve been waiting weeks to read it and finally got it at my library!! Yes I know I could buy it but it is out of our spending range for now so free is always best I normally read on my kindle so it’s weird reading a paper book again I think I kinda missed it😅 and book recommendations for when I finish this series?

... Read moreThere's nothing quite like that quiet moment when your little one is finally asleep, and you get to dive into a good book. For me, these precious nap time moments are when I truly get to explore new worlds, like the one I've just started in 'A Court of Thorns and Roses.' Holding that physical copy, feeling the pages turn, and seeing my little star bookmark at Chapter 5, sometimes with a cute butterfly sticker, makes the experience even more special. It’s a real treat after being mostly on my Kindle for convenience. Finding the perfect 'nap book' isn't always easy. You want something engrossing enough to pull you in quickly but not so complex that you get lost if you're interrupted mid-sentence. That's why fantasy books like ACOTAR are often my go-to. They offer a complete escape, transporting you to another realm entirely, which is exactly what I need after a busy morning. It's not just about reading; it's about reclaiming a little piece of yourself, finding an escape, and recharging your mind. And let's be real, sometimes buying every book on your TBR list isn't feasible, so the library is a fantastic resource. It's amazing how many gems you can discover, totally free! For those trying to squeeze in more reading during nap times, I've found a few tricks. First, keep your current read easily accessible – no searching required when that precious nap window opens! Second, don't feel pressured to read for hours. Even 15-20 minutes of focused reading can make a huge difference in your mood and progress throughout the day. Third, consider audiobooks for those days when you're multitasking but still want that story fix. However, nothing truly beats the sensory experience of turning a physical page. If you're looking for recommendations once I finish this incredible series, I'm definitely leaning towards more captivating fantasy romance or epic adventures that offer a similar level of immersion and magic. I'm always on the hunt for books that provide that quick, fulfilling escape. What authors or series do you turn to when you need a mental break during your day?
