DID YOU KNOW ....

Our belly button is certainly an amazing thing! All of our veins are connected to our navel, which makes it the focal point of our body. Navel is life itself!

The "Pechoti" is behind the navel, which has more than 72,000 veins. The total amount of blood vessels we have in our body is equal to twice the circumference of the earth.

To lower the temperature for babies, we place a cotton hyssop with alcohol in the belly button, but with oil it's even better.

Applying navel oil cures dry eyes, poor vision, pancreas, cracked heels and lips, keeps face glowing, hair healthier, for knee pain, chills, lethargy, joint pain and dry skin. .

Apply neem oil on your navel, to get rid of stubborn blackheads and acne

Apply almond oil on your navel, to help achieve a glowing face

Apply mustard oil on the navel to remove dry and chapped lips. It'll also keep your bowels moving to remove harmful bacteria, but it'll keep the good. It really works like a mild detox.

Use equal amount of mustard oil and ginger oil for stomach upset, bloating, nausea, and digestive problems.

Apply olive or coconut oil to improve your fertility.

Keep cotton soaked in alcohol in your belly button to cure a cold, flu and runny nose. When a baby has stomach pain, we put a few drops directly into the belly button and massage it for a few minutes around the naval area, the pain heals. Oil works the same way.

Keep a cotton ball soaked in brandy in your belly button, to relieve menstrual pain and cramps

Sesame oil is used for all kinds of joint pain. Also known to strengthen bones. A lot of parents use on their kids every night at bedtime.

Using warm oil improves blood flow to the nervous system and also improves the immune system. Heal constipation and build a strong digestive system. Relieves joint pain.

Thyme oil is antispasmodic, helps relax arteries and veins, reducing blood pressure and stress in the heart. It can also help strengthen and tone the heart muscles. Thyme oil is an expectorant, which means it can help remove mucus from the airways and lungs.

Thyme oil is approved by the E-Commission of Germany in the treatment of bronchitis, whooping cough and inflammation of the upper respiratory tract.

As a diuretic, thyme oil can help your body remove excess water, salt and toxins from your body, which helps with weight, blood pressure, digestion and more.

Remember that thyme oil is a powerful compound and should not be used directly on your skin, as it can cause sensitivity and irritation. You should first dilute with a carrier oil (such as olive oil, coconut oil or almond oil)

100% Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil is what you are looking for.

You can also put a cotton with CDS on the navel. This is for lowering fever, inflammation, gastritis, abdominal pain, etc.

omAt night before going to bed, put 3 drops of castor oil on your navel and spread it 1 and a half inch around your navel.

*FOR PAIN RELIEF IN YOUR JOINTS AND DRY SKIN*

At night before going to bed, put 3 drops of mustard oil on your navel and spread it 1 and a half inch around your navel.

WHY PUT OIL AROUND YOUR BELLY BUTTON?

Your belly button can detect which veins have dried up and by applying oil, those nerves open them up..

You can keep a small drip jar with the required oil next to your bedside and place a few drops on your navel before going to bed.

... Read moreThe belly button, or navel, is often overlooked but holds a significant place in our body's wellness. Beyond being a scar from birth, the navel serves as a vital point linked to numerous veins and nerve endings across the body, which is why applying oils here can trigger various health benefits. From personal experience and holistic health practices, using oils such as neem, almond, mustard, and sesame around the navel has been quite effective. For instance, applying mustard oil nightly on the navel not only helped in reducing my dry, chapped lips but also eased minor digestive discomfort. This mild detoxification process supports gut health by balancing bacteria. One especially effective remedy has been the use of castor oil to alleviate joint and knee pain. By gently massaging three drops of warm castor oil around the belly button before bed, I noticed reduced stiffness and improved mobility in days. Similarly, sesame oil’s comforting warmth has made it a staple for joint pain relief and bone strengthening in my routine. When dealing with respiratory issues, diluted thyme oil around the navel offers relief by relaxing arteries and reducing heart stress. It’s important to dilute thyme oil with a carrier oil like olive or coconut oil to avoid skin irritation. This practice aligns with trusted herbal uses where thyme has been recognized for bronchitis and upper respiratory tract benefits. For babies, gently applying oil to the navel area to soothe stomach pain has proven helpful, reflecting generations-old wisdom. Whether it’s oil or cotton soaked in alcohol or brandy for colds or menstrual cramps, these methods provide non-invasive support alongside conventional care. Remember, consistency is key. Keeping a small bottle of therapeutic-grade oil next to the bedside encourages a simple nighttime ritual that can enhance circulation, support immune function, and promote relaxation. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting new treatments, especially if you have underlying health conditions. Incorporating belly button oil application into daily self-care routines offers a natural, accessible way to boost overall health and wellbeing, reflecting a beautiful blend of ancient wisdom and modern holistic health practices.
