i used Loops and Threads Thin Chinille yarn. I would give this yarn a 5/5. chenille yarns can sometimes fall apart when you cause tension, and this yarn did not do that at any point in the process. it's wonderfully soft, so it makes crocheting feel buttery soft the entire time.
