I love my bf, but I don’t know how to show him.
We are constantly getting into fights about how I can’t watch my mouth, I have always had a fiery tongue and just am always talking I know some of,the things I say are not always sweet and smooth but I have always been a harsh person. I have toned it down so much and try to watch what I say, but recently he just hasn’t been able to handle it. And no matter how hard I try I can’t seem to do better, I just don’t know how to love him the way he wants and it hurts when he is always mad at me when I really don’t understand. He feels it’s unfair that I always ask him what’s wrong instead of knowing. I know it has to do with him feeling like I don’t respect him, but in all honesty I respect him the most, he is the sweetest boy I know and is always insisting to hold my bags, open my door, and do just about anything, and i really do adore him so I just don’t understand how this isn’t translating back to him. This is my first relationship and I’m just really struggling to give him what he wants. I love him so much but I feel like I might not be good enough for him. I don’t know what to do.
