Prepping Rotisserie Chicken
🍗 K so who else loves Costcos Rotisserie Chicken⁉️
Most weeks 🐓 Matthew and I do our grocery shopping 🛒 and Costco is a must stop!
Mostly for dinners, stocking, and animals shiz!
The second we get home I debone 🐔 the chicken and place it in this container. The reason I do this immediately is because it slides 🛝 right off the bone. 🍖 I am also able to remove any skin or NASTY 🤢 parts of the chicken.
We are usually able to use the chicken throughout the week for lunches and can make so many different dinners 🥘 out of it.

If you’re like me and love Costco’s rotisserie chicken, meal prepping it is a total game changer. Once I get home, I take a few extra minutes to carefully debone the chicken, removing the skin and any bits that don’t look fresh. This way, the chicken is ready to use in a variety of dishes throughout the week – from salads to soups and casseroles. A little trick I learned is storing the shredded chicken in an airtight container immediately after deboning. This keeps it fresh and moist, perfect for quick meals. Also, knowing how much 3 oz of chicken looks like helps with portion control if you're tracking your meals. For those who enjoy pulled chicken, just warm the prepped meat with your favorite seasoning or sauce for an instant meal. I often add BBQ or teriyaki sauce to vary the flavors. Plus, Costco’s chicken is hormone-free, which adds peace of mind about what you’re eating. Another bonus – using pre-cooked chicken saves so much time on busy days. You can prepare multiple meals in one go, making weekday dinners stress-free and delicious. Trust me, prepping Costco’s rotisserie chicken this way can become your new weekly routine!

Can you freeze these in separate containers?
