The victim was running across the interstate during the early morning hours of Jan. 1st when he was struck by a car. The victim died at the scene. His death was ruled accidental.
Described as, White/Hispanic/Latino, Biological Male, 18-35 years old, 5’5” tall, 146 lbs., Black Hair, Black facial hair, Brown Eyes.
His tattoos are described as, a heart and rose with the inscription “Jamie”/”Y”/”Mi amor”/”Sandra” on the left chest, and a scorpion on his left hand.
He was wearing a white t-shirt, black jeans, and grey Fila size 9.5 tennis shoes.
