Validating one's feelings and instincts is crucial; intuition often guides us better than logic. Supporting this idea, life coaches suggest journaling thoughts and feelings, which can help in recognizing patterns. Engaging in discussions, like the popular #letschat, can further illuminate experiences and strategies from others. Moreover, self-care practices can reinforce self-worth, helping to foster a positive mindset that carries into adulthood. Ultimately, every piece of advice shared can inspire not just the younger generations but also adults who seek reassurance on their journey of self-discovery and growth.

Donโ€™t worry about everybody else just worry about building yourself up and self-esteem. Everybody else is going to do whatever they want and theyโ€™re going to make you feel like crap because youโ€™re not on the same level as them, but that does not mean that youโ€™re not as good as they are.
