What is one tip that changed your sourdough game?
I recently decided to try baking Sourdough and while my starter (Leonardough DiYeastio) is doing well, I haven’t been successful on the loaf front.

For me is to not stress too much about it, it’s not that serious. I have done many no nos in baking sourdough and my loaves always come out decent, so I just don’t stress too much about it
