It doesn’t come naturally to anyone, and it’s certainly not fostered by general society, to uncover our triggers, sit with uncomfortable feelings, much less saying yes to ourselves in a way that goes beyond consumerism.

So what are your challenges? We are unique in our essence but share more commonalities in how we heal ourselves. I struggled a great deal in the past with anxious attachment, and avoidant of my emotions, masking with hyper independence and being the ‘friend who’s always there’, often avoiding my own personal growth.
