Welcome, December. I’ve been waiting for you. ❄️
Looking back at the start of this year vs. now, I feel like a completely different woman. From a shake up in my business in April, my BC diagnosis in July to surgery in August, & navigating everything in between—𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥.
This month isn’t just about closing out the year; it’s about 𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦. It’s about looking at the obstacles we’ve overcome & realizing 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭.
I’m finishing this year with:
✨ More faith.
✨ More focus.
✨ A deeper appreciation for my health & wellness.

As we welcome December and the close of 2025, it's the perfect moment to reflect on personal growth and resilience. Overcoming life's unexpected challenges, including health battles like breast cancer, requires unwavering strength and support. Navigating a breast cancer diagnosis (BC diagnosis) and subsequent surgery within the same year highlights not only physical endurance but also emotional and spiritual resilience. Many find that faith plays a critical role in sustaining hope and determination during such trials. Developing a mindset centered on faith and fitness creates a foundation that supports both mental and physical health. This holistic approach encourages a deeper appreciation for wellness, reminding us that health is our greatest asset. Celebrating resilience means recognizing the obstacles we've overcome and understanding that we emerge stronger. This journey transforms our perspective—not just about our health but also regarding our business, relationships, and personal goals. Staying focused amid adversity sharpens our priorities, helping us finish the year with clear intentions and a renewed sense of purpose. December becomes more than just a month to wrap up tasks; it is a time to acknowledge victories, big and small, and to celebrate how far we’ve come. Encouraging others to embrace this mindset fosters a supportive community that thrives on shared experiences and collective strength. If you or someone you know is facing health or life challenges, remember that you're not alone. Leaning into faith, focusing on well-being, and embracing resilience can transform hardships into powerful stories of survival and growth. Let December be a month to finish strong, uplift each other, and carry this spirit into the new year with confidence and hope.
