... Read moreRaynaud's phenomenon is a condition that affects blood flow to certain parts of the body, typically fingers and toes, triggering episodes of restricted blood flow and distressing symptoms. Many people with autoimmune diseases like Lupus and Hashimoto's experience this condition but often feel misunderstood. The phrase, 'But you don't look sick,' is all too familiar for those dealing with invisible illnesses. It's crucial to recognize each individual's struggle and advocate for awareness surrounding these conditions. Empower yourself by connecting with communities and professionals who understand these challenges. Engage in open conversations about symptoms, treatments, and coping mechanisms. Numerous resources are available that aim to improve awareness and provide assistance to those affected. Whether through support groups, educational videos, or informative articles, let's strive to make these vital connections, push for understanding, and ensure that no one feels isolated in their journey.

I have it so badly and I am so impacted by it. Your video made me tear up. First because our journeys seem so similar. Second because Ludivico is my favorite composer and The Experience is such a powerful piece. We might be soul sisters. #youarenotalone

I thought I had raynauds but maybe not because there's not really any difference in my fingers/toes. But my hands just turn red or purple if their below my heart for just like 5 minutes, or if I'm hot or cold. I think I just have bad circulation?
