การจัดบ้านอย่างเป็นระบบไม่ใช่เรื่องยากอย่างที่คิด แค่เราทำความเข้าใจวิธีการและมีวินัยเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ก็สามารถเปลี่ยนบ้านรกๆ ให้กลายเป็นพื้นที่สงบและใช้งานง่ายได้แล้ว สำหรับผม การแบ่งแยกสิ่งของตามประเภทและความถี่การใช้ ถือเป็นกุญแจสำคัญ แนะนำให้เลือกกล่องหรือภาชนะที่เหมาะกับประเภทของสิ่งของ เช่น กล่องใส่เครื่องครัวแบบใสเพื่อมองเห็นของภายใน หรือตะกร้าผ้าสำหรับเสื้อผ้าที่ไม่ค่อยได้ใช้ ซึ่งช่วยประหยัดพื้นที่และทำให้บ้านดูเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ผมพบว่าการจัดบ้านทุกวันวันละ 10–15 นาที แทนที่จะเก็บทีละมากๆ วันหยุดใหญ่ ช่วยลดความเครียดและทำให้บ้านสะอาดอยู่เสมอ นิสัยเล็กๆ เหล่านี้กลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชีวิตประจำวันที่ช่วยให้บ้านน่าอยู่กว่าเดิมอย่างเห็นได้ชัด อีกเรื่องที่ไม่ควรมองข้ามคือการตัดใจทิ้งหรือส่งต่อสิ่งของที่ไม่ใช้แล้ว โดยเฉพาะของที่กองสะสมในบ้าน จะช่วยเพิ่มพื้นที่ และทำความสะอาดง่ายขึ้น ซึ่งผลลัพธ์จะเห็นได้ชัดว่า บ้านโล่งและเป็นระเบียบมากขึ้น ส่งผลให้จิตใจผ่อนคลายและความรู้สึกอยากกลับบ้านเพียบพร้อมมากกว่าเดิม สุดท้ายอยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนใช้เทคนิค 'หยิบง่าย เก็บง่าย' เพราะของใช้ที่เข้าถึงง่าย จะช่วยให้เราใช้ประโยชน์จากสิ่งของนั้นๆ ได้เต็มที่ และที่สำคัญเมื่อเก็บก็ง่าย ทำให้การดูแลบ้านเป็นเรื่องสนุก ไม่เป็นภาระจนเกินไป ผมเชื่อว่า การจัดบ้านไม่ใช่เพียงแค่กิจกรรมครั้งคราว แต่เป็นวิธีการดูแลใจและสร้างความสุขในชีวิตประจำวันที่ทุกคนสามารถทำได้ เริ่มจากวันนี้ เดินเข้าไปมองบ้าน พร้อมคิดว่าจะทำอะไรให้มันดีขึ้นบ้าง เพียงแค่นี้ ก็จะพบว่าบ้านที่เคยวุ่นวายสามารถกลายเป็นพื้นที่แห่งความสุขได้อย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ
