take a moment to appreciate YOU.

I understand for those who have been bullied for their perfectly fine noses. For that I am truly sorry, UGH! 😠 Those who want a nose job, please DO what you think is best for you. However, like everything else in this generation, trends are trends.

Maybe now, a straight nose is the most desirable, but in past generations, different noses represented royalty or beauty. Besides, our noses were designed specifically for the weather where we evolved from. How could we hate that ! Our bodies were created in literal perfection. 🥹

However I don’t want to be a fake positivity person, I think the best for now is to be neutral. Be grateful. Someone else out there wish they had your features. 💋 #embracing your inner beauty #bodyneutrality #LoveYourself #face #newfound confidence #confidenceisbeautiful

... Read moreIn a world where beauty trends often dictate self-worth, it's essential to pause and appreciate our unique features. Noses, in their myriad shapes and sizes, tell a story of cultural significance and personal identity. Historically, different nose shapes represented beauty and status, reflecting societal values over generations. Today, while straight noses may dominate social media, it's vital to recognize that beauty is subjective and diverse. Embracing body neutrality means valuing our bodies for their functionality rather than how they conform to societal standards. By fostering gratitude for our appearance, we can cultivate healthier relationships with ourselves. Remember, someone out there envies your features, so celebrate your uniqueness! Incorporating positive affirmations into your daily routine can enhance self-acceptance. For example, every time you look in the mirror, remind yourself of the beauty you possess, not just externally but within. Sharing experiences with supportive communities can also boost confidence and create a sense of belonging. Join conversations on platforms that encourage self-love and acceptance, further reinforcing the idea that confidence is truly beautiful.
