Registering for classes
This will be my junior year of college!🩷 organic chemistry is giving me a little anxiety but let’s see how things go in the fall .
Registering for classes in college can be daunting, especially when tackling challenging subjects like organic chemistry. Here are some effective tips to help ease the process: 1. **Plan Ahead**: Before registration opens, outline the courses you need to take to meet your degree requirements. This will help you identify priority classes, especially those that may fill up quickly. 2. **Understand Prerequisites**: Ensure you meet all prerequisites for the courses you wish to enroll in. This preparation can save you from future scheduling conflicts and help you feel confident about your course load. 3. **Create a Balanced Schedule**: Mix challenging courses like organic chemistry with less demanding ones to maintain a balanced workload. This approach can help reduce academic stress. 4. **Use Academic Resources**: Utilize your college's academic advising resources to get help with course selection. Advisors can provide insights into course difficulty, professors, and scheduling options. 5. **Join Study Groups**: Connect with peers taking the same courses. Study groups can provide support and diverse perspectives on the material, helping each other succeed. By taking these steps, you can navigate the registration process with confidence and set yourself up for a successful academic year.

I passed organic chemistry with an A, just go to all the SI sessions or to tutoring, that’s what helped me the most. Also finishing organic chemistry assignments first was easier with other classes. Try to make a friend in that class and study with them, that was very helpful in general chemistry and organic chemistry!
