Working from home (WFH) has become a big part of daily life for many. Creating a comfortable and efficient workspace in your living area can hugely impact productivity and mental health. I’ve found that incorporating small breaks and a change of scenery, like a walk or even just stepping outside to appreciate nature, reinvigorates my focus. Combining all these elements—personal care, problem-solving, environmental awareness, and WFH strategies—turns an ordinary afternoon into a rich, meaningful experience.
