ถ้าพูดถึงร้านซูชิที่มีความคุ้มค่าและรสชาติอร่อย ส่วนตัวผมก็ประทับใจ Shinkanzen Sushi มาก ๆ ครับ ร้านนี้ไม่เพียงแต่นำเสนอซูชิสดใหม่หลากหลายเมนู แต่ราคาก็ยังเป็นมิตรต่อกระเป๋าเงินอย่างที่สุด สาขาที่ Central Westgate นี้คนเยอะแทบทุกครั้ง แต่ความเร็วและความเอาใจใส่ของพนักงานทำให้ไม่ต้องรอนานเกินไป แม้จะเป็นช่วงเวลาที่คนมาทานเยอะ ยิ่งบรรยากาศร้านก็ดูสะอาดสะอ้านและน่านั่ง ชวนให้นั่งทานได้ยาว ๆ ที่ผมชอบที่สุดคงเป็นเมนู "ฮอกไกโดครีมชีส" ที่ถือเป็นของหวานที่น่าลอง เพราะรสชาติละมุน มีความมันและหอมของนม รวมถึงกลิ่นเค็ม ๆ เล็กน้อย ที่ผสมผสานกันอย่างลงตัวจนทำให้หลายครั้งมีสาวกติดใจเหมือนกัน ในส่วนของซูชิอื่น ๆ อย่างซูชิวากิวห่อสาหร่าย กุ้งทอด หรือปลาไหล ก็มีความสดใหม่และปรุงได้ดี ราคาแบบนี้ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก สำหรับสายกินงบจำกัด แต่อยากลองชิมซูชิคุณภาพดี ร้านนี้ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีเยี่ยมเลยครับ ผมกับแฟนเคยหารกันตกคนละ 236 บาทเท่านั้น ทานอิ่มอร่อยแบบไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องราคา ถ้าใครกำลังจะไปเที่ยวหรือแวะช็อปปิ้ง Central Westgate ลองมาแวะชิมร้าน Shinkanzen Sushi รับรองจะติดใจเหมือนผมแน่นอนครับ!
