Easy Cook PROTEIN Pasta 🍝

All ingredients are from Aldi (minus seasonings)

Ingredients:

Chickpea pasta

Tomato basil marinara sauce

Mushrooms

Spinach

Ground turkey

Parmesan cheese

*pre-made stuffed mushrooms from Aldi

(AMAZINGLY GOOD)

Recipe:

1. Season raw ground turkey and mix with hands until evenly combined. Add to skillet on medium-high heat and cook until done, or desired color of brown.

2. Boil chickpea noodles for 4-6 minutes and strain. Add salt to water if desired. Rinse with cold water to help retain shape. (per box directions) Set to the side.

3. Sauté mushrooms halfway, then add spinach to finish sautéing them together.

4. Combine marinara sauce, mushrooms and spinach, and ground turkey. Cook 2-5 for minutes until mixture is warm throughout and season to taste.

5. Top noodles with mixture and enjoy. ☺️

*stuffed mushrooms were air fried at 380 degrees for 10 minutes, add cheese and season to taste (baking instructions included on package)
