Za’atar pull apart cheesy bread

This za’atar pull apart cheesy bread was super simple to make and it was a crowd pleaser!

I even made it with my toddler and it helps her soak in some kitchen experience and play with different textures.

Ingredients:

Dough

• 1tbsp instant yeast

• 1tbsp granulated sugar

• 1.5cups lukewarm water

• 1tsp salt

• 3cups bread flour

Filling

•za’atar

•Olive oil

•mozzarella and Parmesan cheese

Mix all the dough ingredients, cover it, and let it rise in a dark place for about an hour. If I’m not in a rush, I’ll let it rise a bit longer.

Roll your dough into a rectangle shape, cover it with the filling ingredients. Cut the dough into sticks and stack them together. Cut them again and stack them sideways in your pan. I usually let it rise for about 30-40 more minutes. Then bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remember that ovens and depending on where you are, you might need more or less time. Adjust accordingly.
