In practice, I found that engaging in open conversations about the content with children or teenagers encourages critical thinking and helps them understand context and consequences. It is also valuable to tailor content selections to individual sensitivities rather than relying solely on chronological age. Ultimately, promoting age appropriate content supports the emotional and psychological well-being of all viewers and helps create a safer and more enriching media environment.
