If you want to start freelancing as a beginner, here are the steps I would recommend taking first! (Coming from a 6-figure earning freelancer)

✨determine the services you want to provide for clients! Think about the skills you already have from school, your 9-5, or self studying! Everyone has something they can offer as a freelance service!

✨create an AMAZING portfolio to showcase your work to potential clients! This is SUPER important to get freelance clients. Without a portfolio, you won’t make it very far in freelancing.

✨create a profile on Upwork! Upwork has a bad rep but I love it and I’ve gotten 95% of my clients from here! Definitely check it out and start freelancing with this platform first!
