💭What's on my mind:
Sitting here with my kids watching Peppa Pig with the Christmas Tree up in the home that I somehow have managed to Keep over our heads for the last 4.5 years yet knowing this is the last Christmas we will be here is somewhat heartbreaking to me. I had dreams of the things I would do to this home. The ways I would change it once it was fully paid off and I had the extra funds to put into it. I dreamed of staying in this home until my kids graduated high school and decided to move on at which point I'd probably have decided to still continue to Keep up with it. I had plans of creating this beautiful little escape in my back yard. Converting the spaces and rebuilding them to fit my family into it in a better way. As much of a relief it is to not have to worry about all of the issues that I've been dealing with over the last several years, it is also kind of sad to have to yet again walk away from a dream of mine. I know deep within me that every door that closes does so because Ive outgrown the space, and am ready to move on to something bigger, something that is more aligned with who I truly am, and that will be what Helps me through the emotional drain that this will closure will inevitably be.

Moving on from a home you've invested years of love and effort into is never easy. For many, a house isn't just a place to live—it's a vessel of memories, hopes, and dreams crafted over time. Managing a home for over four years, especially with children around, creates a deep emotional connection. Watching favorite shows like Peppa Pig and celebrating holidays with a Christmas tree decorate the backdrop for daily life, making the home feel alive and cozy. Yet, there comes a time when the reality of maintaining a space full-time—handling repairs, renovations, and financial commitments—can become overwhelming. Leaving behind the vision of future backyard escapes or thoughtful remodels might leave an ache, but it also symbolizes growth and readiness for a new chapter better suited to your evolving needs. The feeling of outgrowing a space reflects natural life transitions, especially when you aim to align your environment with your truest self. Moving forward offers a chance to find a home that supports new dreams and provides opportunities for family growth. Amid mixed emotions of relief and sadness, focusing on relaxation, rest, and joy can help ease the emotional toll. This period of change also invites reflection about what truly matters—family togetherness, peace of mind, and the pursuit of happiness. Embracing emotional closure doesn't mean forgetting; it means honoring your journey and preparing to create new memories in a place that increasingly feels like home. Such moments resonate universally with anyone who has experienced letting go to embrace the unknown with hope and courage.
