• Power Strips & Extension Cords: You can never have enough outlets!

• Laundry Basket on Wheels: Trust me, it’s a lifesaver on laundry day.

• Command Hooks & Strips: For hanging everything without damaging walls.

• A Cozy Blanket: Because dorms can get chilly, and you’ll need comfort!

• Reusable Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during those long days on campus.

💡 Classroom Essentials

• Noise-canceling headphones for focused study sessions.

• A laptop backpack with plenty of storage.

• Highlighters and planners to stay on top of deadlines.

💡 Tips for Navigating Your First Year:

1️⃣ Get to know your professors early—networking starts in the classroom.

2️⃣ Join clubs or campus events to meet people with similar interests.

3️⃣ Prioritize mental health—take breaks, rest, and don’t be afraid to ask for help.

💡 Budgeting Hacks:

🛒 Buy secondhand textbooks or rent them online. If unable to buy secondhand, sell back any textbooks that you don’t foresee needing again. Take advantage of the “Book Buyback” programs as soon as they become available!

🍜 Meal prep and take advantage of your meal plan instead of eating out. If you paid for a meal plan/card in your tuition, you better use that dang thing!

💻 Use free student subscriptions for software and streaming services, clothing, and food! Check out UNiDAYS to save A BUNCH of money throughout your college years!
