✨ Being a girl is already enough of A PAIN, so when Mother Nature or Aunt Flo come to visit it’s DREADFUL! A grueling task is often figuring out which pad we need but NO MORE! Learning your correct size is VITAL before heading off to college for many reasons!

Back in my day, we had those tiny picture charts that barely helped when it came to figuring out the right pad size 😩. So imagine my joy when I saw THIS in-store. A full, physical pad display showing exactly what each size looks like?! Super helpful, super visual, and honestly long overdue 🙌🏾 This Always display breaks it down from Size 1 to Size 5, depending on your flow:

🟡 Size 1 Regular Flow

Perfect for light days or when your cycle is just getting started.

🟢 Size 2 Heavy Flow

Ideal for daytime protection during your heaviest days.

🔵 Size 3 Extra Heavy Flow

Great for those who need extra security without feeling bulky.

🟠 Size 4 Overnight

Longer and more absorbent, making it made for overnight use or long days out.

🟣 Size 5 Extra Heavy Overnight

Maximum coverage for those extra heavy nights or even for postpartum needs!

🩸 Period Tips Every Girl Should Know:

✔️ Change your pad every 2–4 hours (depends on flow so to the heavier the flow, the more often you need to change) to avoid odors and infection.

✔️ Wear cotton underwear! Your skin will thank you.

✔️ Track your cycle using an app so you’re never caught off guard.

✔️ Drink water + eat iron-rich foods during your period to fight fatigue and cramps.

✔️ Don’t flush pads, wrap and toss them to avoid plumbing issues! Those public bathroom signs aren’t just for show💀

... Read moreUnderstanding your pad size is crucial for comfortable and effective period management. Pads are categorized into different sizes based on flow intensity: Size 1 is for light days; Size 2 is recommended for heavy flow; Size 3 offers extra security; Size 4 is designed for overnight use; and Size 5 provides maximum coverage, perfect for very heavy nights, or postpartum care. To optimize your period experience, consider tracking your cycle with an app. This helps you anticipate your needs for different pad sizes throughout your menstrual cycle. Additionally, maintaining good hygiene is essential: change your pad every 2-4 hours based on flow, wear breathable cotton underwear, and ensure proper disposal to avoid plumbing issues. Hydration and nutrition are also important during menstruation. Drinking plenty of water and consuming iron-rich foods can help alleviate fatigue and cramps. All these factors contribute to making your menstrual experience more manageable, allowing you to feel empowered and in control.

My problem isn't the size of the pads. My problem is when I use them no matter the size the blood goes everywhere... but the pad. The only thing that has saved me is using pads along with a period disc.
