✨👩🏾‍❤️‍👨🏾 Do Age Gaps REALLY Matter? 👩🏾‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏾✨

✨ Let’s talk AGE GAPS 👀 Are they a red flag, a non-issue, or totally situational? When my fiancé and I first met (May 2023), I was a little over 24-years-old (April birthday) and was actually more grounded and established than he was 27 (August birthday). Crazy, right? 😂 I already had my degrees, a stable career, and knew what I wanted, while he was still finding his rhythm. But instead of that being a dealbreaker, it taught me that emotional maturity doesn’t always align with age. Now at 26 and 30, we’ve both grown a lot, both together and individually, and that balance works for us.

Throughout my previous attempts at dating, I learned that age means nothing if you’re not equally ready. From dating barely younger, older, and even the same age, a man that isn’t ready, IS NOT READY for you. Mindset and rationale matter more than age to me.
