✨🏩 AYA: What’s Your Biggest Work Pet Peeve? 🏪✨
✨ We’ve all got that one thing that makes our eye twitch at work. 😅 For me, it’s poor communication and lack of accountability. In my field, collaboration is key, so when outside entities go ghost on updates, miss deadlines, or deflect responsibility, it can throw off the entire flow.
✨ I’ve been part of teams where everyone didn’t pull their weight, and the difference was night and day. The energy I’m exposed to now is much lighter, the morale is higher, and you can feel the mutual respect. That’s the environment I am glad to be striving in now. At the end of the day, we’re all human, but professionalism and teamwork go a long way.
