GYM BAG essentials

hi guys! this is what’s been in my gym bag lately. my gym is a 30 min drive away, so i like to have a little piece of everything to stay prepared for whatever the day holds in case i don’t get home right away. one of my must haves is a lint roller because if you’re like me, you always have lint on your leggings! i also bring an energy drink every workout because it’s a total game changer. having everything i need in one spot makes my workouts and my day so much easier to handle!🐻🤍🏙️

I do this too! And keep a bag in my car with extra shampoo/conditioner/body wash in case I shower at my gym! (Doesn’t happen often) but like you, I always prepare for anything!

I’m tired of social media making it out to be that you need wrist straps, a double bag, 2 towels, a protein bar, energy drink. All you need are the basics to start find what works best for you. I have found the less I bring to the gym the better my workouts. I feel more free. I eat my protein bar
