Let women choose, protect the LGBTQIA community!

I’m sure many have seen this shit show of a speech. This man thinks he has a voice for the choices women make. This man thinks his opinion of what we want and should want matters. This man used an important day to insult the LGBTQIA community knowing there would be people of that community in the commencement. This man speaking to thousands of accomplished women and lgbtqia people, kicks a ball (maybe) three times a game and is wearing a cheetah print tie… this man knows nothing.

Ps: His MOTHER is a physicist, an incredibly decorated and accomplished women… I would love to hear her take on this.

... Read moreThe need for authentic representation in public discourse is crucial, especially concerning women's rights and LGBTQIA advocacy. Discussions surrounding empowerment significantly impact societal norms and values. Activism is a response not just to policies, but also to the rhetoric of influential individuals who shape public opinion. Amidst rising tensions, it’s vital to elevate voices from all backgrounds, fostering inclusivity and understanding. Statistical studies indicate that representation matters; diverse voices in discussions lead to more empathetic and effective policy-making. The LGBTQIA community has historically faced challenges that often overshadow their contributions to society. From legal battles for rights to social acceptance, every step forward shows the importance of solidarity against discrimination. Furthermore, movements championing women's autonomy reinforce that choices about their bodies and futures must be respected unconditionally. Engaging in dialogues that dismantle stereotypes and push for progress is essential. Social media platforms provide a stage for these conversations, allowing individuals to assert their beliefs and experiences, which is crucial in the context of identity politics. In essence, advocating for both women's choices and LGBTQIA protection is about forming a collective voice that promotes justice and equality for all. Support and understanding from each demographic serve to strengthen the community as a whole, propelling forward the long-overdue changes we seek in society.
