The debate for if ADHD is too over looked or too over diagnosed is regularly up for question as is if it’s best to medicate (or not). In my (strongest) opinion, these questions are personal and unique to each person. Maybe it’s not over diagnosed, maybe it’s just becoming easier to detect?
