Perfect Syrniki: Tender Taste and Easy Preparation! 🥞

Who said breakfast has to be complicated? Today we're sharing a recipe that will win your heart (and stomach!) – classic cottage cheese syrniki! Tender, fragrant, and so homemade.

What you'll need:

Cottage cheese – 500 g

Egg – 1 pc.

Wheat flour – approx. 3-4 tbsp. (you might need a little more or less, depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese)

Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.

Butter – for frying

How to prepare:

In a deep bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, and vanilla sugar. Mix well until smooth.

Gradually add flour, kneading a soft, elastic dough. It shouldn't be too sticky.

Form small patties about 1 cm thick. You can dust your hands with flour to prevent the dough from sticking.

Heat a skillet with butter over medium heat. Fry the syrniki on both sides until a appetizing golden brown crust forms.

Serve hot with sour cream, jam, honey, or fresh berries. It's a true delight! ✨
