truth facts
Want yo know me better....
I’ve lived in survival mode my entire life.
Not “sometimes struggling” survival…
constant survival.
The kind where you keep going even when your soul is tired,
even when your heart is cracked wide open 💔
because stopping was never an option.
I love people with my whole being.
Not halfway.
Not conveniently.
I love deeply, loyally, genuinely.
And somehow, that same love keeps getting me discarded
the moment I’m no longer useful, needed, or convenient to someone else.
I’ve been broken in ways people don’t see.
Broken and still showing up.
Broken and still pushing through.
Broken and still choosing kindness when bitterness would be easier.
Inside, I still want to love and be loved.
But I also know I’m damaged.
Not unworthy—damaged.
Always waiting for the catch.
Always feeling like anything good is just a setup before the fall.
Like peace never stays long,
and happiness always comes with an expiration date.
What’s crazy is knowing how big my heart is.
Knowing how committed I am when someone treats me right.
Knowing the kind of partner I could be.
And yet… I keep meeting the wrong kind of men.
Over and over again.
They say, “The right one will come along.”
At this point, I think mine drove off a cliff and took the map with him.
No one truly wants to be alone.
We all want love.
Affection.
A forever companion.
Someone who respects us, is loyal, honest, and emotionally present.
Someone who doesn’t make us feel like love has to be earned through suffering.
But right now…
I don’t know if that kind of love even exists anymore.
Still—I’m here.
Still breathing.
Still surviving.
Still hoping, even when hope hurts.
If you understand where I’m coming from,
if this feels like your story too—

You’re not alone, even when it feels that way.
