Sauna & Nature
There was a water bath in front of the sauna, and the outside air bath while surrounded by nature was exceptional.
* We also encountered wild stag beetles and cats on the premises and enjoyed nature.
Full facilities
* The number of rooms was very large, there was a bath on the 1st and 2nd floors, etc., it was a fulfilling facility that was not troubled at all even with a large number of people.
* There were all instruments, and everyone enjoyed the DJ booth, drums, piano, guitar and so on!
The best nights and activities
* At night, everyone got excited with games such as ITO and BBQ was also very fun.
* After checking out, we played basketball at the tennis court on the premises and played until the end!
* The only regret that the fireworks I was looking forward to could not be done due to rain... I want to revenge next time!

「千葉で大人数OKのコテージを探してる」「音楽合宿できる一棟貸しがいい」って人向けに、実際に泊まってみて“ここ決め手だった！”と思ったポイントをまとめます。 まず音楽合宿目線だと、楽器やDJブースが最初からあるのが本当に助かりました。持ち込み荷物が減るし、「ちょっと音出したいね」で自然にセッションが始まる感じ。ピアノ・ドラム・ギターがあるので、バンド系でもDJ系でも遊びやすいです。人数が多いほど“誰かが必ず演奏できる”状態になって盛り上がりました。 宿選びで地味に大事なのが“部屋数とお風呂”なんですが、ここはお部屋が多めで、さらに1階と2階にバスルームがあるのが神でした。合宿や社員旅行ってシャワー待ちがストレスになりがちなので、結果的に夜の時間を長く遊べます。 サウナ目的の人にもおすすめで、プライベート感が強いのがよかったです。サウナの目の前に水風呂があって動線が短いので、外気浴まで含めてテンポ良く回せます。私たちは「セルフ熱波師」役を決めて（笑）、交代でタオル振ってイベント化したら一気に盛り上がりました。タオル・サンダル・飲み物（スポドリや炭酸水）は多めに持っていくと快適です。 BBQは買い出しを先に役割分担しておくとスムーズ。近くにスーパーがあるので現地調達でも回りますが、調味料（塩・胡椒・焼肉のタレ）や紙皿・キッチンペーパーは忘れやすいので要チェック。夜食も用意しておくと、トランプやボードゲームの時間がさらに良くなります。 チェックアウト後はテニスコートが使えるのも嬉しくて、バスケ経験者が多い日はミニ大会みたいになりました。最後に近くの海までドライブして海鮮を食べて締める流れが最高だったので、「サウナ→BBQ→音楽→翌日スポーツ→海」までセットで計画すると満足度が跳ね上がります。 千葉で“大人数×一棟貸し×音楽合宿”をしたい人には、かなり刺さる宿だと思います。次は天気がいい日に花火もリベンジしたいです。
