Here are 5 cozy rituals that help me stay grounded when life feels loud:
🕯 1. Morning light. I open the blinds before anyone wakes up. It’s my quiet hello to the day.
✏️ 2. Reset corners. I keep one tidy spot (like my kitchen counter) as a calm space, even if the rest is chaos.
🧺 3. End-of-day tidy. 10 minutes before bed — music on, quick reset.
💛 4. Journaling a “Maple Moment.” One good thing from the day, even small.
☕️ 5. Candle + coffee time before grading or lesson planning. It turns tasks into rituals.
