Wellness habits for 2025✨

Ive been writing in my wellness journal every morning for a few months, and it really helps me stay mindful and make healthier choices. It’s been a great tool for managing my stress and anxiety, and for setting and keeping self-care goals!! This year has been tough with my back surgery, but my journal has helped me keep a level head through it all.

I like to create a cozy atmosphere for my journaling time by playing a crackling fireplace on Netflix, lighting a candle, and sipping on some tea. It helps me unwind, focus, and find peace while I reflect.

Mental health is so important, and if you're looking for something to help, I definitely recommend getting a wellness journal! 📔
