I love the morning, but as soon as the afternoon hits... I just want to sleep. 😴

And let’s be real, sometimes I do just succumb to the urge and rot on my phone for hours. 💀

But I realized I can’t afford to lose half my day to the “slump.” Since I started doing these 4 small things, my midday energy has completely flipped. It’s the difference between crashing hard and actually getting quality study done.
