It’s useful to have a backup plan for unexpected disruptions to keep momentum going. During long teaching shifts, staying hydrated and taking brief pauses between classes can prevent burnout. Additionally, scheduling intense workouts like leg day after work can be tough but rewarding—muscle fatigue can be a great signal of effort but balancing intensity and rest is key to avoid injury. Incorporating a personal to-do list, like the one starting early in the morning until late evening, is a powerful productivity method. The combination of cafe hopping, self-study, prep, teaching, and workouts displays a holistic approach to both mind and body wellness during busy routines.
