Nasal packing or splints are typically removed within the first week, which significantly improves comfort. Throughout this period, I found that staying hydrated and using saline nasal sprays helped alleviate dryness and congestion. Also, the support from friends and making lighthearted references to characters like Edward Newgate (Whitebeard) kept my spirits up during recovery.
