Later mathematicians, like Madhava of Sangamagrama in the fourteenth century, developed infinite series to calculate pi with greater precision, while John Wallis and Leonhard Euler introduced formulas involving products and arctangents. Today, computer algorithms have calculated trillions of digits of pi, stored on miles of paper or digital media. What amazed me the most was understanding how these calculations evolved—from basic geometric methods to sophisticated infinite series and computational techniques—highlighting humanity's effort to decode nature’s constants.
