First time mom 🫶✨

First time mom here 🩵 to a beautiful boy 🩵

My experience I had to be induced at 37 weeks 😬 Vdelivery and no epidural 🫨

🤍 know how to breathe properly is very important sound weird but yeah you got to know to breath properly to help you push and with contractions w the pain it can be very difficult to concentrate and control your breathing but as long you have someone to help you everything will be fine

🤍 How I Felt: I was very very nervous, scared 😟 but thank God I had great nurses and midwives who help me through the process and also husband/partners help is very important

🤍 communication is a key with yours nurses . Tell them how you feeling & what are you feeling !

🤍 I really had a good experience ✨😍 #mom #momlife #deliveryroom #momboys #newborndays

Many expectant moms find breathing techniques indispensable during contractions, helping to manage pain and reduce anxiety. Consider attending prenatal classes that focus on breath control and pain management strategies. Surrounding yourself with a supportive team, including partner and healthcare professionals, can also greatly impact your birthing experience. Remember, every labor story is unique, and it’s okay to express your feelings to your nursing team throughout the process. Sharing your concerns can help create a comfortable environment. Also, take time to enjoy those early moments with your newborn; they grow quickly! Capture memories as they unfold, as these little moments become cherished memories for years to come. Celebrate each milestone with your baby, whether it’s their first smile or first steps! Those who prepare and have open communication often feel more empowered during this beautiful journey. ❤️
