You know how sometimes you just need a pop of color to brighten your day? Well, this is it! I wanted something fresh and cool, and this blue shade totally delivers. Getting this look isn't as hard as it seems, I promise! Here’s my quick guide on how I achieve this frosty glam: Step 1: Prep Your Lids. First things first, always start with an eyeshadow primer. This is a game-changer for making your colors pop and last all day (or night!). I just apply a thin layer all over my eyelid up to my brow bone. Step 2: Lay Down the Icy Baby Blue. Now for the star of the show! I use a fluffy brush and gently pack on a light, shimmery icy baby blue eyeshadow all over my lid. Don't be afraid to build up the color until you get the intensity you like. I love how this shade instantly makes my eyes look brighter and more awake. For that extra 'icy' effect, I sometimes dab a tiny bit of a metallic blue shimmer in the center of my lid with my finger. Step 3: Define with Black Winged Eyeliner. This step really pulls the whole look together. I grab my favorite liquid black eyeliner and create a sharp winged eyeliner. The subtle shimmer of the blue, combined with that crisp black winged liner, makes for such an elegant yet playful vibe.
