Don’t take this stuff

It made me really sick and it’s actually a really large amount and you should start with a much lower dose like 1mg!

The people online say it’s great and it will help you but I took one dose and was very awfully sick for the day. Supposedly it’s “detoxifying” and it’s just the result of having too much b vitamins causing your body to try to flush them out.
