Morning Ritual: This doesn't have to be long or complicated. For me, it's making a warm cup of tea, doing a quick 5-minute stretch, or just sitting quietly for a few moments, practicing gratitude. It’s a small moment of peace before the day gets busy. Positive Input: Instead of immediately checking work emails or social media, I try to read a few pages of an uplifting book, listen to an inspiring podcast, or simply enjoy a quiet breakfast. This sets a positive mental framework. Embrace the Fresh Start: Mondays are a clean slate! It’s a chance to work towards new goals, learn something new, or simply improve on last week. Looking at it as an opportunity rather than an obligation changes everything.
